Tanya heads up the Agency's Executive Residential Property Management Division and brings many years of public relations experience to this position. Tanya specialises in the executive home/corporate leasing market and she represents the interests of many substantial investors and executive home owners in this role.
Her PR skills, her extensive corporate leasing experience together with her knowledge and understanding of this specific area are immense and are exemplified by the very many satisfied and loyal clients who continually utilise and refer her services.

Jo, our Senior Residential Property Manager, adds great depth to our team with vast experience in all areas of property management.
Jo's main role is to coordinate and oversight our entire agency's routine property inspections. She provides the necessary link between owners and tenants through her excellent problem solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and is especially skilled at dispute resolution. These qualities are essential to ensure that bond monies are ultimately disbursed both fairly and equitably between all of the parties involved.
Jo has a sound empathy with our tenants and enjoys a reputation for her honest and straight forward approach towards the overall welfare of the property portfolio. Her relationship with all of our many skilled trades people is also one which ensures we get the very best work done when property maintenance is necessary.
A huge asset to the property management team, Jo has demonstrated people skills, and this combined with an extensive knowledge in her field, means that she can be relied upon for the care, management and welfare of our client's homes.

Ninella is our Agency Trust Account Manager. She undertakes a vital role in the preparation of our client's monthly statements.
Ninella is extremely thorough and exacting, and owners can be assured that she has carefully processed all accounts and transactions to the very highest level. She also has had a long career in property management with some of Perth's major property groups and keeps a very tight reign on the trust account, being mindful of the huge responsibility it carries.
